About the Larry Allen Real Estate Team
I have had the privilege of serving my real estate clients, both buyers and sellers, in the Halifax region for over 25 years. My focus has been to provide the best professional service possible, whether it be for the first time home purchaser, resale home or for a large new construction subdivision development or condominium project.
I have concentrated my efforts on numerous new construction real estate projects in the Halifax area. Many of these include working with some of the region’s top developers such as Urban Capital, WBHL, Clayton Developments, Centennial Group, Provident Developments, and Amara Developments.
I have been involved the successful selling of such projects as Navy Lane condos, NRTH condos, Gorsebrook Park condos, Helen Creighton Court, Bedford Waterfront, Delcraft Court, Lock 4 @Starr condos, Shore Drive Townhomes, Kidston Estates, Copper Moon Court townhome community, The Village at Fisherman’s Cove and numerous streets and projects in the very successful community of the Parks of West Bedford.
I am a long time resident of Halifax and have been very active in the community I proudly call home. I have served as the past VP of the Halifax Hawks Minor Hockey Assoc., club and team manager and active fund raiser for various teams, Past Director at Large of the Dunbrack Soccer Club, HWHS AAA hockey team manager and fund raiser. I am a proud father of three fantastic children (now adults) and now a very proud grandfather of three wonderful grandchildren.
My professional real estate career has been very rewarding as it has allowed me to meet so many wonderful and interesting people and to be a part of one of their most important life decisions, home ownership!

Outside of real estate, Jesse is an award-nominated musician and a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He is also the owner, operator, and head instructor of Maritime Jiu Jitsu, a community-focused martial arts gym.
